Pistachio Salad

  • 4 oz Can Pkg of Jello Pistachio pudding mis
  • 20 0z Can Crushed Pineapple Do not drain
  • 1/3 Cup Chopped Pecans
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut Optional
  • 1 Cup Kraft Mini Marshmellows
  • 1 1/2 Cups Cool Whip topping Thawed


  1. In a large mixing bowl add the dry Jello pudding, the crushed pineapple with juice, chopped Pecans, mini marshmellows, and shredded coconut. Stir together.

    Add and mix in the Cool Whip Topping. 

    Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour. Best if refrigerated overnight.
